Biden-Harris Administration Announces $750 Million to Advance Clean Hydrogen Technologies
The Biden-Harris Administration, through the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), today announced the availability of $750 million for research, development, and demonstration efforts to dramatically reduce the cost of clean hydrogen. Produced with net-zero carbon emissions, clean hydrogen is a key pillar in the emerging clean energy economy and will be essential for reaching the President’s goal of a 100% clean electrical grid by 2035 and net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
